Crab and Avocado Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

16oz Jumbo Crab Sensations Flaked
1 English cucumber, sliced
2 large medium avocados, peeled, pitted & sliced
1 small/medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, (1/2 of a small bunch)
2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine: sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, 16oz Jumbo Crab Sensations, and 1/4 cup cilantro
  2. Drizzle salad ingredients with 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper (or season to taste). Toss to combine and.
  3. Serve in Romaine leaf or Boston Bib Lettuce.
