Crab Sensations Empanadas with Cream Cheese & Shredded Three Cheese Mexican Blend & Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups Crab Sensations finely crumbled |
2 Tbl. Cream Cheese |
1 cup Three cheese Mexican Blend finely shredded |
½ Tsp. Orange Gochugaru chili blend (spiceology brand) |
1 Tbl. Finely diced Roasted Red Peppers |
5-inch Empanada Shells |
Directions
- Layout 5-inch shells
- Mix first 5 ingredients together let sit for a few minutes. Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and place in the shell. Elongate the mixture leaving edges clean to bind the shell together for frying.
- Pan or deep fry to golden brown, flip when pan frying to even browning. Once browned remove and place on a rack to drain and then diaper to wipe up excess oil.
- Serve with Pineapple Salsa or your favorite fruity salsa. You can also serve with sour crème or a drizzle of Mexican Crema over the Empanadas.
- Note: Once browned Empanadas can be refrigerated and reheated in an oven. 375 degrees until rethermed.
